Genevieve Wells, Founder and Managing Director of Lewis Visuals was thrilled to collect the award at a black-tie event at Harrogate International Centre organised by the world’s number one business coaching firm, ActionCOACH. Genevieve explained, “Winning this award means the world to us, not only for professional recognition but also to show that neither age nor gender are barriers to success. Our team is passionate about how we can help home owners, developers and each other. We all firmly believe that to earn more, we must learn more and our business coach, Hamish Robertson, has made a huge difference to our focus on systems and growth.”

Located in Farnham, Surrey, Lewis Visuals believes their combination of interior design, exterior design and passion for improving people’s lifestyles has made them the leading architectural practice they are today. Their niche in small, cost-effective residential extensions allows their clients to stay living in their existing homes saving considerable money and stress by avoiding the cost of moving home.

Sally Anne Butters from Rev PR who sponsored the award explains why Lewis Visuals was chosen as the winner, “They offer every client two design options from the outset and take them from concept to project completion. The remarkable growth last year of over 64% made them the standout winner from entries across the UK. Genevieve has developed such successful systems that her working week has been transformed so that she has been able to launch a second company. Flexipodz produces modular green-walled outbuildings that encourage pollination and, in turn, the desperately needed growth of the bee population.”

With nearly ten years’ experience as an ActionCOACH, Hamish Robertson has attended many award ceremonies but this one was very special, “The team at Lewis Visuals work tirelessly to improve themselves and their clients’ services – being part of their journey and witnessing their success is great to see. They all thoroughly deserve the recognition of this prestigious award.”

The Business Excellence Awards were launched in 2007, annually attracting nominations from more than 24,000 firms across 33 countries. Past winners have been from a range of industries including cosmetics, pharmaceutical, fashion, and manufacturing.
